As Project Delivery Director SAP at PwC, you are the driving force behind the successful execution of large-scale SAP transformation projects. You lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex programs, and ensure that our clients derive maximum value from their SAP investments. You are a strategic sparring partner for C-level stakeholders and translate their ambitions into concrete, scalable solutions.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP project management or delivery, and experience with agile and hybrid project methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and experience managing large-scale customer transformations.
• Strong understanding of the 'Business of Technology', particularly in areas such as Cloud, IoT, Digital Twins, Data, Analytics, ML, AI, Automation, Modern Work, etc.
• Strong leadership qualities and at least 5 years of experience leading large multidisciplinary and multicultural delivery teams, both on-site and near/offshore teams.
• Demonstrated vision and strategic thinking: you grasp the bigger picture and can translate complex projects into clear goals and direction.
• A driving force for change, capable of guiding teams and clients through transformation processes.
• Excellent communication skills and experience with C-level stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated results-orientation and personal effectiveness, including a proven ability to achieve and exceed goals within challenging, complex organizations.
• Decisiveness under pressure: you make well-considered decisions, even in challenging situations, and know how to set priorities.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Your daily activities include:

• Program Leadership & Governance: Leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations, including greenfield and brownfield implementations; Setting up and managing project governance structures, including steering groups and escalation processes; Ensuring compliance with quality standards, compliance, and risk management.
• Team and Stakeholder Management: Managing multidisciplinary teams (PwC consultants, client teams, external suppliers); Acting as the primary point of contact for C-level stakeholders and IT management; Coaching and developing project managers and consultants within the delivery team. You stimulate growth and development within your team and create a culture of trust, collaboration, and ownership.
• Planning, Budget, and Scope Management: Preparing and monitoring project plans, resource planning, and budgets; Managing scope changes and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders; Reporting on progress, risks, and KPIs to internal and external stakeholders.
• Customer-focused Solutions: Translating customer needs into scalable SAP solutions, in collaboration with solution architects; Advising on integration with other technologies such as cloud platforms, data analytics, and AI; Stimulating innovation within projects, for example, through the use of accelerators or agile delivery models.
• Collaboration with Sales & Business Development: Supporting the sales process by providing delivery insights and project proposals; Assisting with RFPs, client presentations, and preparing delivery roadmaps; Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities during ongoing projects.
