Job Description & Summary: This role encompasses a range of professional services focused on shareholder equity and investment management. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in providing consulting services on investment laws such as company law and securities law.
- Providing consulting and execution services for corporate mergers and reorganizations.
- Handling company establishment, change registration, and capital verification services.
- Processing applications for investment by overseas Chinese and foreign capital, mainland capital, outbound investment, and investment in mainland China.
- Establishing, changing, and maintaining offshore companies.
- Communicating and coordinating with clients and regulatory authorities.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Fluent in English reading and writing.
- Referral from an internal audit or tax department is preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are graduates from national universities.
