Your Mission as a Senior Transfer Agent:
- Be responsible for a portfolio of international clients investing in varied alternative asset classes and industry specific regulations;
- Provide a high quality service to clients, ensuring all deliverables and deadline are met and in line with PwC Internal quality standards;
- Ensure all clients queries are answered in a timely manner;
- Ensure early escalation of issues to your manager as appropriate, identify areas of improvements and propose solutions/ mitigating actions;
- Process investor transactions such as drawdowns, distributions and transfers, handling all relevant payment related to investors transactions and reconciliation of bank movements;
- Perform the AML/KYC preparation, analysis and set-up of the investors’ files eg. Individual, Company, Trust, Foundation, Regulated entity and the ongoing review of the existing files;
- Provide support to the other fund operation teams as required from time to time;
- Obtain sound knowledge of the transfer agent processes, and develop the key skills required to become a reliable member of the team;
- Act as a main contact for our clients continuously improving client relations and developing our business activities;
- Build close working relationships with other teams in our Accounting and Tax practice to create synergies, tailored solutions and provide best value to our clients;
- Coach and mentor the associates working within your team.
