Job Description & Summary Do you want to make an impact with the marketing strategy of one of the world's leading professional service providers? As Head of Marketing Strategy & Campaigns at PwC Netherlands, you are responsible for the marketing strategy and marketing campaigns of PwC Netherlands. With your solid B2B marketing background, commercial drive, and vision on the future of marketing, you directly connect marketing to the growth ambitions of the organization. This way, you contribute to further strengthening PwC's market position. At the same time, as a people manager, you build a high-performing team where talent development and results come together in a dynamic, international environment.
This is what you will do: You will join an ambitious and close-knit team consisting of approximately 15 professionals with expertise in marketing strategy, campaign management, digital marketing, and marketing communication, among others. In this role, you connect marketing to the commercial objectives of the organization and ensure that marketing activities contribute to measurable growth. You are the strategic link and sparring partner for the business. At the same time, you provide direction to a team ready for the future. Specifically, this means that you:
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that directly contributes to PwC's growth ambitions;
  • Drive a data-driven approach to measure effectiveness, optimize, and increase ROI;
  • Bring a clear long-term vision on marketing and translate innovative insights, digital trends, and AI into effective campaigns;
  • Are a strategic and commercial sparring partner for the team and for stakeholders in the business, translating commercial opportunities into impactful marketing initiatives;
  • Further develop team processes as an integral part of the business cycle, with a strong focus on digitalization and the smart use of AI;
  • Actively contribute to the broader business agenda as an MT member and build bridges to PwC Global;
  • Lead and build a team where talent is recognized, developed, and challenged;
  • Guide the team through changes, from new working methods and tools to shifts in strategic priorities.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

You recognize yourself in this: You are a strategic thinker with a practical and connecting approach. You combine a sharp commercial eye with the ability to connect people and lead them through change. You move easily within a complex organization and know how to provide direction, stimulate ownership, and get the best out of a team. In addition, you bring:
  • A university degree (WO-studie) in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Commercial Economics or similar;
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing (management) within large organizations, preferably in professional services;
  • A proven track record in leading multidisciplinary marketing teams, including experience with change management;
  • A strategic and data-driven vision on B2B marketing and demand generation, with an eye for the impact of AI and technology;
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
