Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Bachelor/Master's graduate in engineering (civil or industrial), architecture or a comparable field.
- 4-8 years of experience.
- Experience in managing client relationships and leading commercial negotiations.
- Effective communicator, able to clearly convey your point of view, both in writing as verbally.
- Expert with sound business and industry knowledge and well connected in the Belgium market.
- Fluent in English.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and comfortable mentoring teams / coaching people.
- Dynamic, self-driven and solutions oriented.
- Solution-based thinking, able to spot issues and ways to overcome those.
- Prior experience / background in energy sector and German language skills would be a definite plus.
