Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT projects.
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect.
- Project experience in at least one of the following sectors: telecommunications, finance, energy.
- Knowledge of UML and BPMN and CASE tools.
- Knowledge of architectural patterns.
- Proficiency in English enabling free communication with project participants who do not speak Polish.
- Readiness to travel for projects for foreign clients (50-80% of working time).
- Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content preparation).
- Ability to work independently with full responsibility for the final outcome, as well as collaborate with team members.
Highly Regarded:
- Knowledge of architecture, products, and business processes specific to the banking sector.
- Experience in SOA architecture and in designing ESB service buses.
- Togaf or CBAP or PMI-PBA certifications.
- Knowledge of industry standards, relational databases, and SQL.
- Experience working in the Agile methodology.
