The Team Leader TA Delivery drives the operational delivery of Talent Acquisition Delivery activities within PwC France & Maghreb. He/She is responsible for coordinating activities, leading the team, and ensuring service quality for internal stakeholders. The position reports to the HC Delivery Manager, with close collaboration on activity management, priorities, and arbitrations. This role is critical for optimizing Talent Acquisition strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Their main mission is to ensure a smooth and qualitative delivery of recruitment and administrative onboarding activities, in a high-volume HR environment with high service demands. He/She will notably:
  • Pilot and coordinate TA Delivery activity: Manage recruitment activities, contract finalization, administrative onboarding, apprenticeships, and internships. Organize and prioritize activity based on volumes and peak periods. Guarantee service continuity and compliance with commitments.
  • Team coordination & operational animation: Contribute to the organization and coordination of the TA Delivery team. Support teams on operational priorities and service quality. Work in close collaboration with the HC Delivery Manager.
  • Stakeholder relations and satisfaction: Be a key point of contact for Recruitment and HR teams. Monitor service quality and handle sensitive or complex situations. Participate in the continuous improvement of TA processes.
  • Activity monitoring & reporting: Monitor activity volumes and contribute to management reports. Participate in organizational reflections and optimization of the scope.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources, ideally in recruitment, onboarding, or HR service delivery.
  • Good understanding of high-volume HR environments with high operational demands.
  • Team coordination and/or initial managerial experience is appreciated, but not an indispensable prerequisite.
  • Internal customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a coordinating posture.
  • Rigor, organization, ability to prioritize, and to work with management.
