This role involves performing various types of real estate valuation and market analysis for commercial office buildings, industrial real estate, and investment properties. The specialist will assist clients in making informed investment, financing, and asset management decisions based on valuation results, ensuring compliance with professional advice. A key responsibility is to prepare comprehensive valuation reports that adhere to both local regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The position also requires staying updated on the latest real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and related policies. Furthermore, the specialist will support the team in project management and client communication, ensuring all valuation processes meet internal control standards and fostering effective cross-departmental collaboration.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Possess a valid Real Estate Appraiser License.
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate appraisal or related financial analysis; a background in commercial brokerage is a plus.
- Familiarity with the domestic real estate market and relevant regulations (including land law, real estate tax law, etc.).
- Good communication and report writing skills; good English proficiency is a plus.
