- Proven demonstrable experience of 8 – 10 years leading core systems or large technology‑enabled transformation programmes for the Insurance sector (life, non-life, re-insurance, or specialty lines).
- Deep knowledge of insurance platforms (e.g., Policy Administration, Claims ecosystems) and their business impact.
- Collaborative leadership, commercial and stakeholder partnership capabilities at executive level.
- Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leading teams in a collaborative, inclusive way.
- Proven ability to align technology change with business strategy and operating model outcomes.
