Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Functions:
- Management of a litigation portfolio.
- Review and drafting of lawsuits, replies, appeals and oppositions to appeals, as well as any other document.
- Legal defense in proceedings (Preliminary Hearings and Trials).
- Control of deadlines and hearings.
- Monitoring of the procedure, up to the execution phase.
- Review and modification of processes, manuals and protocols.
- Reporting to project managers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Licenciatura / Grado en Derecho (Bachelor's Degree in Law).
- Must be registered as a practicing lawyer.
- Experience of between 1 and 2 years as a Procedural Lawyer with court assistance.
- Essential knowledge of procedural, civil and criminal law.
- Experience in managing a litigation portfolio (with volume).
- High sense of responsibility, organizational capacity and adaptability to change.
- Proactivity and capacity for improvement focused on the design and management of processes that facilitate the execution of work.
- Desire to be part of a growing team.
- Essential capacity for teamwork.
- High level of English.
