Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Licenciado/Graduado ADE) or Business Administration + Law (ADE + DERECHO)
- Master's Degree in Taxation (Máster en tributación)
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in the Tax area.
- High level of spoken and written English.
- Ability to work autonomously and self-organize for simultaneous management of different procedures.
- High communication skills, especially with clients, business-oriented, and motivated by the project.
- Ability to manage and work in a team, even remotely (with other offices).
- Proactivity, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with the international network will be highly valued.
