- Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN).
- Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant clinical experience is required.
- Candidates with supervisory experience will be preferred.

- Strong leadership and management skills with established credibility as a nurse clinician and ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and MS Office skills, with a collaborative approach to patient care.
- Proven analytical, critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities with experience in quality system maintenance.
