We are recruiting an AI Implementation Consultant with consulting mindset and project advancement capabilities, focusing on the Manufacturing and Semiconductor Industry, to help enterprises implement generative AI platform applications. This role will be responsible for the complete process from 'requirements interview → use case convergence → implementation planning → PoC/Pilot → go-live → effectiveness verification' and will serve as a key bridge between clients and the technical team.
**Job Responsibilities:**
A. Customer Interview and Requirements Convergence
- Lead manufacturing/semiconductor client interviews (production line, engineering, quality, IT, knowledge management departments).
- Sort out business pain points and transform them into AI Use Cases (e.g., yield analysis, SOP query, anomaly exclusion, knowledge search).
- Define implementation scope, KPIs (e.g., query efficiency, man-hour savings, decision accuracy) and constraints.
- Plan data source integration (MES, ERP, PLM, document systems, databases).
B. AI Platform Implementation Design
- Plan and implement the following core capabilities:
- RAG Applications: knowledge retrieval, citation return, accuracy optimization.
- Knowledge Base Governance: document classification, access control, update and maintenance processes.
- SQL Agent: natural language query manufacturing data (WIP, Yield, equipment status, etc.).
- AI Agents: cross-system task integration (e.g., report generation, process automation).
- Collaborate with the technical team to design, test, and optimize Prompt / Agent Workflow.
C. Project Advancement and Delivery
- Plan implementation roadmap (PoC → Pilot → Production).
- Manage milestones, progress, risks, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (AI engineering, IT, client units).
- Responsible for delivering documents:
- Implementation Plan.
- SIT / UAT Test Documents.
- Go-live and Maintenance Specifications.
D. Performance Verification and Continuous Optimization
- Establish quantitative metrics (e.g., RAG hit rate, utilization rate, man-hour savings).
- Track user feedback and continuously optimize model and knowledge quality.
- Assist enterprises in promoting AI adoption (education and training / SOP establishment).
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- **Required Conditions:**
- Possess consulting abilities: able to independently conduct requirements interviews, problem decomposition, and solution design.
- Possess project advancement experience.
- Familiar with data processes or enterprise systems (DB / API / file systems).
- Possess basic concepts of AI applications (RAG / LLM / SQL query logic).
- **Preferred Conditions (Plus Points):**
- Experience in manufacturing / semiconductor industry (MES / Yield / WIP / equipment data).
- Experience in implementing any of the following:
- Knowledge base system
- BI / Reporting system
- AI / NLP / Chatbot
- Understand data governance / information security / permission mechanisms.
- Experience in client proposals or consulting presentations.
