About the Role The Assistant Restaurant Manager at Vernick Fish supports the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring an exceptional guest experience aligned with Four Seasons standards. This role partners closely with the Restaurant and Bar & Lounge leadership teams to guide service, support team development, and maintain operational excellence.
