We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team and drive innovation in IT strategy and cloud computing solutions. This project role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex ServiceNow implementations and enhance enterprise IT services.
Your future role will involve:- Configuration and development of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SAM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) according to business and technical requirements, focusing on robust ServiceNow solutions.
- Applying a “configuration over customization” approach, with an emphasis on maintainability and upgradability for optimal platform performance.
- Designing and implementing platform solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and IntegrationHub.
- Creating and maintaining integrations using REST/SOAP API, MID Servers, and external connectors, crucial for seamless IT system integration.
- Writing clean, modular, and well-documented code compliant with PwC and platform standards.
- Participating in code reviews and enforcing best development practices (naming conventions, reusability, performance).
- Collaborating with architects to ensure implemented solutions comply with platform design and governance principles.
- Managing development aspects of new ServiceNow feature implementations, including instance cloning and post-cloning validation.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation and configuration guides.
- Developing and maintaining scripts in Automated Test Framework (ATF) for regression and functional tests.
- Supporting platform updates and deployments of applications from the ServiceNow store with minimal disruption.
- Troubleshooting, defect resolution, and optimization of existing configurations and scripts.
- Collaborating in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, emphasizing efficient IT project management.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- You have 2–5 years of practical experience in ServiceNow development in corporate environments.
- You have good knowledge of key modules: ITSM, CMDB, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping).
- You have experience working with at least two additional modules: SAM, HRSD, CSM.
- You are proficient in JavaScript and Glide API; experience in client-side and server-side scripting.
- You can create custom applications and scoped applications while adhering to OOB platform boundaries.
- You have experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines) and working in Agile methodologies.
- You have a solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, ACLs, roles, permissions, and platform performance optimization.
- You possess ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- You demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content preparation).
- You can conduct business activity as a natural person or business entity in Poland (due to the project nature of employment).

- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, ITOM or equivalent path
- ITIL 4 Foundation
