Job Location SAN JOSE INTELLIGENCE HUB Job Description Responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business. Should be well-versed in technical office tools and software applications, calendar management, and coordinating travel and business meetings. Supports the business by proactively managing projects and enabling other team members to do their jobs.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Job Qualifications Leadership: Understands the business and organizational priorities—both short-term and long-term, to better anticipate issues and seek solutions. Excellent Administrative and Organizational Skills: Make decisions independently amid day-to-day office operations to plan, organize, and maximize team effectiveness. Fluency in all office-related skills is expected, including proactive calendar management, travel planning, expense reporting, and expertise in PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including exceptional verbal and written skills. Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills are necessary.
