- Lead organizational change management workstreams for large-scale transformation initiatives by designing and executing strategies that align with business objectives.

Required Professional Experience:
- 8-12 years in professional environments, ideally within consulting or enterprise organization with 3-4 years of experience in Change management with a strong track record in leading change management plan implementations.

- Change Management Strategy: Ability to design and implement structured change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR Standard).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to secure buy-in across mid-to-senior levels.
