Job Description:
- TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Assist in organizing interviews, conduct reference checks for the possible candidates.
- Coordinate with office & field staff on all HR related matters, required information and vice versa.
- Provided support on all HR related matters, concerns of team at Head Office.
- Assist in maintaining & updating Staff Leave Balance.
- Provide support in Yearly/Mid-Year Performance Appraisal activity.
- Personnel Files management as per IHHN policies and procedures/documentation.
- Regular Maintenance and updating of all employees’ Personal files.
- Maintain and update employee’s data base/HMIS.
- Assist supervisor/staff with medical reimbursement claims.
- Assist supervisor/staff with monthly attendance reports.
- · Data entry for various reports.
- Any other task assigned by supervisor.
