Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Relevant education (finance and accounting, taxes, economics, administration) OR experience in a similar position.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office suite; knowledge of SAP or any financial and accounting software will be an additional asset.
- Good organization of working time and independence in performing tasks.
- Ability to think analytically and accuracy.
- Self-reliance in setting priorities and timely execution of tasks.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Issuing and sending invoices to clients and PwC companies.
- Analysis and verification of invoices from PwC companies.
- Monitoring email inboxes and timely handling of inquiries.
- Preparing financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Ongoing contact with internal and external clients and ensuring high quality service.
- Ongoing resolution of requests in the ServiceNow system.
- Active participation in the month-end or year-end closing process.
