As a Senior Associate, you will contribute to financial transformation projects, support teams, and, where appropriate, guide less experienced colleagues. You will work in multidisciplinary and often international teams, with experts in strategy, technology, risk management, operations, change management, and laws and regulations. You will help build a team of consultants focused on transformational and digital finance and closely follow the development of tools for the finance function.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and feel comfortable in multidisciplinary teams.
- You combine analytical insight with a structured way of working and know how to clearly understand complex issues.
- You take initiative in your work, communicate easily with colleagues and clients, and want to develop yourself professionally and substantively.
- You have a Master's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in finance and preferably also in consulting.
- You have knowledge of or affinity with digital transformation, AI, data-driven finance, and finance automation.
- You have the ambition to further develop your knowledge of the financial sector and to deepen your understanding of finance-related topics, including the future of finance.
- You are proficient in Dutch and English.
