Job Location CINCINNATI GENERAL OFFICES Job Description The Role Content House (COHO) is seeking a Strategy Director to serve as the intellectual engine behind how P&G's Beauty and Personal Care brands show up in the world. This is about translating market complexity into crystal-clear creative direction and transforming business challenges into breakthrough advertising opportunities. You'll be the strategic partner brands turn to when they need to understand their consumers more deeply, differentiate in crowded markets, or navigate pivotal brand decisions.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
You need the analytical rigor to diagnose business problems, the cultural fluency to uncover human truths, and the communication skills to inspire creative teams and command C-suite boardrooms. · Multi-Channel Expertise: Experience across digital, social, experiential, traditional media, and emerging platforms.
