Managed Service Operations team in PwC, a collective of over 1000 specialists delivering operational support to domestic and global institutions across a broad range of services, including AML, Forensic, Finance and Tax, Accounting, Payroll, HR Administration and many more. We are looking for a person with an analytical mind, well organized and eager to learn to strengthen our support team in Managed Service Operations. As an HC Analyst, you will help us turn people data into clear insights that inform decisions across MSO. You will operate at the intersection of HC BP, Recruitment, and L&D, focusing on data, reporting, and simple, executive‑ready presentations. Building and ensuring smooth data flow between teams: agree sources, standards, and cadences so the right information is available at the right time. Owning cyclical HC reporting (monthly/quarterly views, trends, and forecasts) and preparing succinct, executive‑ready data stories and presentations for HC MSO Leadership. Guarding data quality by running basic checks, aligning metric definitions, and maintaining lightweight documentation (data dictionary). Partnering with stakeholders on workforce planning, hiring, and development initiatives—translate business questions into clear, actionable insights and recommendations. Continuously improving how we work with people data: simplify, standardize, and automate where it adds value (e.g., Excel/Power Query/Power BI).
