Job Location CINCINNATI GENERAL OFFICES Job Description We are looking for a Production Designer to join our Beauty Care team! As a BeautyHouse Production Designer within P&G, your focus will be on applying your graphic expertise and production techniques to independently transform conceptual designs into print-ready and/or digital pieces. The Production Designer is not only responsible for accurately driving final artwork files but will also specialize in prepress activities, specifically color correction, profiling all with a concentration on digital printing, processes, outputs and execution.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Integrate brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and printing specifications optimally throughout all phases of artwork execution, with particular attention to digital printing processes. Job Qualifications BA/BS in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. At least 2-5 years of full-time design adaptation or graphic production experience (excluding freelance work), preferably within a creative agency, design studio, or in-house creative department, with a focus on consumer packaging and digital printing. Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
