What your role will look like
As a Senior Project & Change Officer, you will help shape and deliver transformation initiatives that improve how PwC Luxembourg operates. Working at the intersection of business analysis, project coordination, and change management, you will support teams from problem identification through to implementation and adoption, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value and lasting impact.
- Analyse business needs, identify root causes, and translate challenges into clear, actionable improvement opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, map current processes, and design future-state solutions that support business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions that align teams, build consensus, and drive informed decision-making.
- Coordinate transformation initiatives alongside Project Managers, ensuring objectives, milestones, dependencies, and progress remain visible and on track.
- Contribute to governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment to support successful delivery of strategic projects.
- Design and implement change management activities that prepare teams for change, strengthen adoption, and minimise resistance.
- Coach project teams and stakeholders through periods of transformation, supporting communication, training, and engagement activities that sustain long-term outcomes.

- Experience gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and supporting project delivery in a transformation environment.
