As a learning and development generalist at PwC, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
  • According to the annual training plan, plan and execute various training activities, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and with quality (including course planning, instructor collaboration, activity execution, and effectiveness tracking).
  • Utilize diverse digital technologies to continuously optimize course design and learning experience, enhancing learning engagement and effectiveness.
  • Compile and analyze education and training related data and reports, and use Excel, AI, or digital tools to assist management decision-making and process improvement.
  • Continuously optimize training processes and operational methods, and propose specific improvement suggestions through data observation and practical experience.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisors and cross-departmental collaboration projects.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Work Experience: 3-5 years related to training.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Major Requirements: Human Resources, other education, management, or information-related fields.
  • Other Conditions:
    • Interested in process optimization, digital tool application, or automation, and willing to continuously learn and try new things.
    • Possess logical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to proactively identify problems and propose improvement suggestions.
    • Possess good teamwork and communication skills.
