Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Responsibilities:
- Plan internal and billable projects for the area with the team.
- Lead the engagement team in project execution activities and control hours spent and work progress.
- Monitor the plan for successful engagements.
- Participate in team and client meetings.
- Collaborate in preparing requirements for different clients.
- Coordinate with Top Seniors and/or Managers.
- Lead engagements and manage projects, coordinating directly with the client and reporting progress to the manager/partner.
- Execute administrative tasks related to risks, review budget and team hours, among others.
- Detect and report opportunities for improvement or observations in general activities of the area, as well as lead improvement actions and redesign of business processes, service quality, and firm productivity.
- Other functions inherent to their scope of action, assigned by their immediate supervisor, and related to the nature of their position.
Requirements:
- Professional degree in Accounting, Engineering, Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions in Internal Audit, Internal Control, or Risk Management.
- Knowledge of risk-based Internal Audit.
- Knowledge of internal control frameworks: COSO ERM / COSO ICFR, SOX (desirable).
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools: ACL, Alteryx, Power BI, Azure or others (desirable).
