  Minimum 1-2 years experience, Familiar with the use of computers, Experience in data entry, Good counseling and communication skills & Potential to be trained

Job Description:

• Communicate politely and clearly with patients visiting the clinic and other departments.
• Use basic computer skills for data entry, maintain accurate records, and fill forms properly.
• Willingness to learn and actively participate in training on diabetes education and foot screening.
• Follow instructions carefully, work reliably under supervision.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and support clinic operations.
• Apply basic organizational skills to manage patient flow and program activities.
