Role Overview:
The Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre is looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to undertake a key role as a Visiting Consultant Radiologist . Appointees will be expected to have expertise in all aspects of radiology, but with specific expertise and interest in ultrasonography, cross-sectional body imaging or women-s imaging.
The major purpose of this post is to strengthen and develop radiology services at the KDC&C. The individual will be expected to work with radiographers, staff and managers to ensure that established quality assurance and quality practice guidelines and standards are maintained.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- FRCR (UK) with CCST in radiology, with three years- experience in the UK.
- American board in radiology. Post-residency fellowship in a branch of radiology will be an advantage.
- FCPS in radiology with three years of subsequent overseas experience in a recognized institution.
- Full registration with the PMDC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
