Eligibility / Qualification Required:
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Mystery Shoppers in Pakistan to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will evaluate the quality of service, compliance with company policies, and overall customer experience across various retail and service establishments.
Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned stores, restaurants, or service outlets discreetly to evaluate customer service and product quality.
- Observe and assess store cleanliness, staff behavior, product availability, and adherence to company standards.
- Complete detailed reports and provide honest feedback based on your visits within specified deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality about assignments and findings to ensure unbiased evaluations.
- Communicate effectively with the project coordinators and promptly report any discrepancies or issues encountered during evaluations.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
- Good communication and writing abilities to provide clear and concise reports.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- No prior experience required; a keen interest in customer service and quality assessment is a plus.
- Possession of a smartphone and internet access for reporting purposes.
