Responsibilities Deliver exceptional service to members and guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable ski experience. Greet members and guests upon arrival and proactively assist with all ski and snowboard equipment needs. Label, inventory, and securely store skis, snowboards, boots, and related equipment in an organized manner. Prepare and deliver equipment prior to member and guest arrivals based on individual preferences and reservations. Maintain accurate equipment inventory records and tracking systems to prevent loss or misplacement. Assist guests with ski and snowboard boot fitting, ensuring proper comfort, performance, and safety. Coordinate equipment tuning, waxing, repairs, with tuning staff. Organize equipment storage areas to maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and a premium presentation. Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service tailored to individual preferences. Transport equipment between valet operations, ski storage facilities, locker rooms, and designated resort locations. Build strong relationships with customers and guests through professional, attentive, and engaging service. Execute opening and closing procedures, including equipment organization, inventory verification, and facility readiness. Collaborate with resort operations, concierge, guest services, ski school, and transportation teams to deliver a world-class guest experience. Drive retail sales by identifying guest needs and recommending appropriate ski equipment, apparel, accessories, and resort merchandise. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, discretion, and a hospitality-first mindset. Preferred Qualifications Previous hospitality, guest service, or ski industry experience preferred The ideal candidate also has a general knowledge about skiing and snowboarding. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays. Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50lb Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours. Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States Benefits!
