In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. Situated at the heart of the Cotai Strip, the hotel provides an elegant oasis with elite entertainment, high-end shopping, world-class dining, and the indulgent pampering that defines Four Seasons. About the role: The Spa Supervisor is responsible for providing professional massage and / or facial for any guests according to product house and Four Seasons standards. Conduct training for all Spa Therapists and to train Spa Concierge in all treatments and retail items. What you will do: The ability to provide professional massage for guests including body and facial treatments Conduct training and work closely with all Spa Therapist and Spa Concierge to train and control professional product usage Keep professional inventory count and immediately report items which need to be re-ordered Check treatment rooms for cleanliness and maintenance and report negative findings for rectification What you bring: A minimum of a High School or equivalent education. Conversational skills of English and Cantonese/Mandarin languages.
