As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • **Academic Background/Education:** Graduates in Law, Translation, International Studies, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Political Sciences, Management, with an interest in developing a career in Compliance.
  • **Work Experience:** At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • **Communication Skills:** Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing (English/Spanish).
  • **Financial Product Knowledge (Plus):** Knowledge of US and MX financial products is a plus.
  • **Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:**
    • Respond effectively to the diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others.
    • Use a broad range of tools, methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems.
    • Use critical thinking to break down complex concepts.
