The Internal Firm Services department has been operating in PwC Service Delivery Center's Katowice and Opole offices since 2016. Our teams provide services to PwC network companies, as well as entities that are PwC clients worldwide. We specialize in services in the areas of accounting, HR-payroll processes, independence and risk management, and graphic editing. Scope of Responsibilities:
- Operational and administrative support for the internal Global Mobility team in processes related to international business travel (International Business Travel) and assignment management processes.
- Execution of defined activities in the area of managing seconded employees, including preparing assignment documentation, standard communication, and materials relevant from a compliance perspective based on applicable templates and guidelines.
- Support in handling matters related to international business travel in accordance with specified procedures, internal policies, and compliance requirements, including assistance in escalated cases.
- Cyclical operational activities, such as coordinating matters, follow-up contact, and maintaining documentation, aimed at ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent process execution.
- Serving as an operational point of contact for the German Global Mobility team and supporting ongoing requests in a customer service-oriented manner for internal clients.
- Preparing, maintaining, and updating templates, registers, reports, and process documentation used in Global Mobility operations.
- Supporting monitoring and reporting activities and ensuring consistent application of compliance-related requirements.
- Contributing to standardization, process optimization, and digitalization through supporting improvements in existing operational ways of working.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Relevant professional experience in Global Mobility.
- Practical understanding of Global Mobility processes and the ability to work reliably with policies, guidelines, and defined processes.
- High attention to detail and an organized, process-oriented work style, with a clear focus on accuracy and service quality.
- Readiness to work in an operational support area in close cooperation with the business team.
- Fluent written and oral communication in English; German language will be a significant asset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications; experience with HR or Global Mobility systems will be an additional asset.
- Team-oriented attitude, reliability, and ability to perform repetitive operational tasks in a deadline-driven work environment.
