Become a Payroll Specialist – and Kickstart Your Consulting Career
As a Junior Payroll Consultant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and specialize in the intersection of HR, Finance, and IT with a special focus on becoming a payroll specialist. In the first year, you will join our Payroll Academy – a tailored development program focusing on payroll administration, which is part of your career development with us. After the first year, you continue as a Payroll Consultant with us, where you build on the knowledge and experience you have gained. Our Payroll Academy is structured so that we continuously build your competencies through client tasks, ongoing coaching, and a uniquely developed training program where we delve into professional issues.
Examples of tasks we handle for our clients on-site or from the office:
- Operational tasks within payroll administration, including payroll processing, reporting, and reimbursement requests.
- Advice on payroll-specific questions.
- Payroll reconciliation and controlling.
- Design and optimization of processes.
- Assisting with the selection of payroll systems and considerations between in-house or outsourcing.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Clear interest in the payroll area and a desire to build specialist knowledge.
- Currently completing a relevant education (e.g., a Bachelor or Master in Business Economics, Finance Bachelor, Financial Controller, Financial Economist, or similar).
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with varying tasks.
- Is a team player, welcoming, and has good communication skills.
- Is quality-conscious, has an eye for detail, and is results-oriented with the ability to take responsibility and deliver quality on time.
