Are you looking to advise companies and private equity funds on the purchase and sale of companies? In Transaction Services, we are looking for experienced profiles at associate, senior associate, or manager level who want to deliver financial due diligence and M&A advisory on complex transactions.

You will be part of a strong team with more than 65 skilled colleagues and PwC's Deals business, where we help clients execute acquisitions, divestments, and strategic decisions. You will have access to a broad global network of colleagues and specialists who contribute knowledge and experience across markets, industries, and business areas.

Your Responsibilities:

As an M&A advisor in Transaction Services, you will play a central role in projects, where you will, among other things:

  • Guide and advise clients through the financial due diligence process in connection with the purchase and sale of companies.
  • Analyze financial data, identify key value drivers, risks, and red flags, and translate analyses into clear recommendations.
  • Participate in the entire project cycle – from planning, data review, and management interviews to presenting conclusions in reports and meetings with clients.
  • Advise on the purchase and sale of companies, including analysis and optimization of working capital, normalized earnings, and purchase price mechanisms.
  • Contribute to project management, quality assurance, and development of younger colleagues depending on your level of experience.

Dine ansvarsområder

Som M&A-rådgiver i Transaction Services vil du få en central rolle i projekter, hvor du blandt andet skal:

  • Guide og rådgive kunder gennem den finansielle due diligence-proces i forbindelse med køb og salg af virksomheder.
  • Analysere finansielle data, identificere centrale value drivers, risici og red flags samt omsætte analyser til klare anbefalinger.
  • Deltage i hele projektcyklussen – fra planlægning, datagennemgang og ledelsesinterviews til præsentation af konklusioner i rapporter og møder med kunder.
  • Rådgive om køb og salg af virksomheder, herunder analyse og optimering af arbejdskapital, normaliseret indtjening og købesumsmekanismer.
  • Bidrage til projektledelse, kvalitetssikring og udvikling af yngre kolleger afhængigt af dit erfaringsniveau.

Kvalifikationer

Du har relevant erhvervserfaring fra fx revision, transaction services, corporate finance, controlling, consulting eller en lignende rolle. Vi søger profiler på associate-, senior associate- eller manager-niveau, og det vigtigste er, at du har et stærkt analytisk fundament, forretningsforståelse og interesse for M&A. Derudover forestiller vi os, at du:

  • har stærke analytiske evner og god talforståelse
  • kan omsætte finansielle analyser til klare konklusioner og praktisk rådgivning
  • trives med projektarbejde, deadlines og høje kvalitetskrav
  • er samarbejdsorienteret, kommunikerer klart og tager ansvar for dine leverancer
  • har motivation for at arbejde med M&A og komplekse transaktioner
  • har nysgerrighed og drive til at arbejde med AI, data og digitale værktøjer

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • You have relevant professional experience from, for example, audit, transaction services, corporate finance, controlling, consulting, or a similar role.
  • We are looking for profiles at associate, senior associate, or manager level.
  • It is most important that you have a strong analytical foundation, business understanding, and interest in M&A.
  • Furthermore, we imagine that you:
