About the role Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Lead Pool Server to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent reading, writing, and verbal English skills, they thrive in fast-paced, outdoor environments, confidently handling hot and humid conditions. They balance strong multitasking abilities with organization and service excellence, while demonstrating leadership, clear communication, and effective problem-solving skills. What you will do The Lead Pool Server will deliver service in line with Four Seasons standards by ensuring guestsâ needs are met through attentive amenity, food, and beverage service. They manage transactions accurately, complete opening and closing procedures, and maintain clean, safe, and organized pool areas. They serve guests efficiently, assist with seating and inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly. Additionally, they support daily operations and special events, supervise and guide pool servers, and uphold service standards, stepping into a leadership role when needed to ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience. What you bring Knowledge of MICROS preferred Minimum of 1â2 years of food and beverage and/or pool operations experience in a high-volume upscale resort or hotel environment Previous lead, shift leader, or supervisory experience preferred TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required Work authorization in the United States What we offer:⯠COMPLIMENTARY FREE Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance after 30 days!!!
