The E2E Delivery Lead, a key `Technology Leadership` role at `PwC New Zealand`, is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of `E2E Delivery Solutions` across platforms like `Salesforce`, `Adobe`, and `MuleSoft`, navigating complex legacy technology landscapes. This `IT Management` position ensures scope, timelines, resources, and outcomes are effectively managed across all streams. Working closely with Solution Leads, architects, Product Owners, and Business Delivery Leads, this role ensures delivery is well-coordinated, predictable, and aligned with client priorities, governance, and programme milestones. The Delivery Lead oversees how work is executed, orchestrating delivery across multiple teams, platforms, and integration layers, ensuring the integrated plan is delivered effectively across vendors, environments, and dependencies. This presents an exciting opportunity within `PwC New Zealand Jobs` for `Agile Transformation` specialists.

- End-to-End Delivery: Accountable for delivery across all workstreams; own the integrated plan, sequencing, and overall delivery health
- Cross-Team Orchestration: Coordinate across product teams, platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, MuleSoft), integration layers, and data dependencies; ensure realistic sequencing and alignment
- Dependencies & Risk: Maintain a single view of risks, dependencies, and blockers; drive resolution and escalation using data insights
- Release & Milestones: Align delivery to milestones; coordinate testing, data, readiness, and deployment; track entry/exit criteria
- Governance & Reporting: Run delivery forums (daily, weekly, PI planning); provide clear reporting on progress, risks, scope, and decisions
- Vendor & Team Coordination: Align vendors, partners, and teams on priorities and delivery commitments; collaborate across business and technical leads
- Ways of Working: Establish consistent delivery practices; drive discipline in planning, dependency management, and continuous improvement
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the key delivery interface; communicate status, risks, and trade-offs clearly; build confidence through transparency. Identify value-add opportunities through business development.
- Accountability: Own the delivery plan, reporting, governance, and readiness; share accountability on scope, technical alignment, and quality. This role is ideal for professionals seeking `Salesforce Careers`, `Adobe Jobs`, or `MuleSoft Opportunities`.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Senior delivery leadership experience on large, complex, multi-vendor programmes
- Experience in integration-heavy environments and SaaS platforms (e.g. Salesforce)

- Government or regulated environment experience (desirable)
- Experience managing cross-team dependencies and integrated plans
- Strong risk, issue, and dependency management discipline
- Data-driven delivery management approach
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
