Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master’s in Computer Science from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
- Relevant certifications in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, AI/ML, or Project Management are preferred.
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Understanding of AI/ML, OCR, NLP, and automation workflows.
- Process mapping, reengineering, and optimization skills.
- Project, stakeholder, and compliance management with strong documentation skills.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, RPA, AI, or IT projects.
- Preference for banking/financial services experience.
- Hands-on experience in delivering automation projects from idea to deployment.
