Customer Service Representative for a
night-shift role. This is a
client-facing position responsible for delivering a
premium customer experience through inbound call management. Shift timings are
7:00 PM – 4:00 AM or
8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, with
rotational days off.- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers, enhancing their confidence and satisfaction.
- Build positive relationships by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain composure and professionalism while handling complex or sensitive customer interactions.
- Uphold the client’s brand reputation by consistently delivering exceptional service.
- Adapt smoothly to night-shift schedules and contribute effectively while following scheduled days off.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support or client service.
- Strong client service orientation with the ability to deliver high-touch, professional customer experiences.
- Comfortable working night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM or 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) with scheduled days off.
- Detail-oriented, patient, and capable of handling high-volume or sensitive customer interactions with professionalism.
