As a Technology Managed Services Business Architect, you will be part of the JV Solution Lab team, supporting the growth of the Managed Services business across PwC DE and PwC CEE territories. The role acts as a key design and governance authority for Technology managed service offerings, ensuring that services are scalable, repeatable, commercially viable, and aligned with agreed methodologies and quality standards across territories. This role is ideal for professionals seeking opportunities in technology consulting, business architecture, and managed IT services.
Your future role includes end-to-end ownership and governance of client activation, solution activation (including solution design & delivery) and engagement activation activities from a process and methodology perspective for a generic technology managed service. You will engage and collaborate with Service Architects from the Service Towers, clearly translating business, commercial and operational requirements into service designs in close partnership with technical solution owners. Additionally, you will work closely with Business and Client Engagement Managers with regards to opportunities ensuring consistency of value proposition, service scope and commercial logic (e.g. consulting role for business case, pricing, go to market and market activation, marketing). This position involves co-designing and overseeing execution of pilots during the transition phase for the service, participating in pre-sales activities, and proactively driving activities across multiple territories, service towers and industries to increase Managed Services pipeline. You will support collaboration between Germany and CEE Territories, Lines of Services, Industries and Service Towers to raise awareness about managed service solutions, and actively contribute to the network of key stakeholders, ensuring managed service designs follow agreed methodologies, service patterns and governance frameworks, enabling reuse and scalability across clients and territories.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:

- Understanding of Technology Managed Services propositions, including AES, Cloud, Data Analytic, AI, Cybersecurity.
- An understanding of the role of all parts of the delivery ecosystem, e.g. business, operational delivery, technology.
