As part of our strategic expansion into the Saudi market, we are establishing retail operations in Riyadh and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders across the Kingdom.
We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected professional to represent our company in Saudi Arabia and support our expansion and partnership initiatives.
Role Purpose
To establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders in Saudi Arabia, support business development initiatives, and facilitate the setup and growth of our retail operations in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Saudi Arabia, including:
- Government entities
- Event organizers
- Sports authorities
- Commercial partners
- Retail developers and mall management
• Identify new business opportunities related to sports retail and event merchandise.
• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and official engagements.
AFC 2027 Stakeholder Coordination
• Act as the local liaison between the company and stakeholders involved in merchandise and wholesale operations.
• Coordinate communication between Saudi-based stakeholders and the Qatar head office.
• Support licensing, marketing, and distribution partnerships.
Retail Expansion Support
• Assist in securing suitable retail locations in Riyadh.
• Support showroom setup activities.
• Liaise with mall leasing teams and local service providers.
• Monitor retail market trends and competitor activity.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
• Provide regular market updates and business insights.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting retail and merchandise operations.
• Prepare reports on stakeholder engagement and business progress.
Operational Support
• Coordinate with logistics, suppliers, and service providers in Saudi Arabia.
• Assist in onboarding local partners.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Saudi operations and headquarters.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years experience in:
- Business development
- Stakeholder engagement
- Retail or sports industry
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market.
• Proven experience working with:
- Government entities
- Commercial stakeholders
- Retail developers
Highly Preferred Experience
• Saudi National
• Experience in sports retail or merchandise industry.
• Experience working with major events, exhibitions, or sports organizations.
• Existing professional network within Saudi Arabia.
• Experience with retail expansion or showroom setup.
