We’re looking for an Early Careers Manager to join our team in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the delivery and ongoing evolution of our early careers programmes; helping attract, engage, and develop emerging talent aligned to PwC’s workforce needs and people strategy. From shaping standout candidate experiences to driving innovative talent initiatives, you’ll play a key role in building the next generation of PwC talent. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience, in professional services or a large complex firm.
- Proven experience leading early careers, graduate, internship, or talent acquisition programmes.
- Strong understanding of talent attraction, sourcing, and assessment methodologies.
- Experience designing and delivering engaging candidate experiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making.
- Experience working with talent management and recruitment systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
