We’re looking for an Early Careers Manager to join our team in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the delivery and ongoing evolution of our early careers programmes; helping attract, engage, and develop emerging talent aligned to PwC’s workforce needs and people strategy. From shaping standout candidate experiences to driving innovative talent initiatives, you’ll play a key role in building the next generation of PwC talent. This is a dynamic, high-profile role within our high-performing team, offering the chance to bring fresh ideas, influence strategy, and create meaningful impact. This role offers significant impact in talent acquisition strategy and HR leadership careers in New Zealand, focusing on graduate programmes and emerging talent development at a global professional services firm like PwC, based in Auckland HR jobs market.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience, in professional services or a large complex firm.
  • Proven experience leading early careers, graduate, internship, or talent acquisition programmes.
  • Strong understanding of talent attraction, sourcing, and assessment methodologies.
  • Experience designing and delivering engaging candidate experiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Experience working with talent management and recruitment systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
