Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Fluency in both English and German (minimum C1 level).
- Some experience in Financial Services or Consulting, gained through internships, projects, or training is more than welcome.
- A good understanding of the European regulatory environment and an interest in staying updated on industry changes.
- Completed or near completion of a degree in finance, business law, econometrics, or other relevant quantitative or qualitative fields.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, to support data analysis and reporting.
- Excel at using AI tools to automate tasks, analyze information, generate content.
- A proactive, organized approach to work with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Open, honest, and proactive communication style, comfortable collaborating with multicultural teams.
- High motivation to learn, grow professionally, and actively engage with our German team and clients.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., SQL, C, Python, SAS, R).
- Familiarity with CRR/CRD regulations and relevant EBA Guidelines.
