Your team: Within our Management Consulting activities, the Portfolio and Program Management (PPM) practice, composed of approximately 150 employees, supports large public and private organizations in their strategies through opportunity studies, and the structuring and steering of their major transformation programs. Our practice is organized by segments, each corresponding to a specific sector of activity in which our clients operate. This sectoral approach aims to concentrate and enhance our expertise specific to each industry, by capitalizing on our in-depth knowledge of market dynamics and best practices that characterize these environments, based on solid experiences with a plurality of actors in the sector.
The Economy and Sovereignty segment, composed of 25 employees, supports public, economic and institutional actors in the consolidation of industrial sovereignty and the sustainable development of territories, in France, Europe, and internationally, through two complementary pillars. The Sovereignty, Sectors, and Innovation (SFI) component aims to structure and transform strategic industrial sectors, strengthen innovation and competitiveness, secure supply chains and critical skills, support society-industry-state coordination, and assist access to national and European funding, in service of sovereignty and resilience policies. The Economic, Industrial, and Territorial Development (DEIT) component intervenes in the definition and implementation of territorial strategies, reindustrialization, territorial planning and attractiveness, animation of economic ecosystems, territorial engineering, and evaluation of public policies. The segment primarily addresses ministries and state services, regions and local authorities, public operators and national agencies, as well as European institutions and international organizations, and also supports economic actors, industrialists, competitiveness clusters and innovation structures, from strategy to operational implementation.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • You meet clients from both the public and private sectors on various types of missions:
    • Strategic analysis and decision support
    • Structuring of sectors
    • Evaluation of public policies
    • Design of economic development strategies for territories
    • Evolution of business models
    • Elaboration of market positioning, realization of benchmarks and studies
    • Search for funding and preparation of project proposals in response to calls for projects
    • Territorial development strategy
    • Adaptation of organizational models in a context of major crisis preparation
  • You are involved in the sale of new missions and notably in the drafting of commercial proposals.
  • Position available in our Paris or Strasbourg office in a young, dynamic and cohesive team, for an end-of-study internship.
  • You are a student from an engineering school, an IEP, a business school or a university 3rd cycle (Master's level equivalent).
  • Ideally, you have successful experience in Consulting, or professional experiences that allowed you to acquire knowledge on subjects such as public administration, understanding of public policy issues, understanding of economic development strategies, understanding of the private sector.
  • You have strong analytical and synthesis skills, an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You have ease and rigor in writing.
  • You are curious, enthusiastic.
  • You know how to adapt to varied work environments.
  • You know how to work versatilely, on several subjects at the same time.
  • You are mobile in France for short-term missions.
  • Proficiency in English is essential. Proficiency in another language is a plus (Spanish, German…).
