Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Education: You are a graduate of an engineering or business school or have a 3rd Cycle degree (Master's equivalent).
• Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in a consulting firm or a company within the operations scope.
• Skills and Knowledge:
  • You master Supply Chain business processes and have good knowledge of the information systems supporting these processes.
  • You demonstrate a good vision and understanding of current issues in Operations / Supply Chain functions.
  • You show strong impact, conceptualization ability, creativity, and a strong capacity to think outside the box.
  • You are constantly willing to question yourself, progress, and help others progress.
  • You have great ease in oral and written communication and a good sense of formalization.

Your Missions (Responsibilities):

Within our Operations practice, we address a wide range of subjects: Supply Chain planning, purchasing and supplier management, industrial operations, logistics execution, and transport, with original approaches derived from our experiences and innovations. Our clients are market-leading companies, covering all sectors of activity.
As an Experienced Consultant, you will support our clients on the challenges of tomorrow:

• Definition of logistics and industrial schemes.
• Performance of businesses undergoing significant transformation.
• Organizational, managerial, and cultural transformation: agility, new working methods.
• Value creation through the digitalization of all operations.
• Integration of CSR issues into performance management and investment choices.
• Process efficiency, operational excellence, optimization of Working Capital Requirement (BFR).

In close collaboration with the mission manager, you may be required to supervise consultants to support our clients. You are involved in the sale of new missions and particularly in the drafting of commercial proposals.
This position is available in our Marseille office, on a permanent contract (CDI).
