The Private Clients team at PwC Poland advises primarily Polish private businesses and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI). Our advisory services particularly include: designing secure and tax-efficient structures for business operations and capital groups, including structures for planned transactions, investments, or succession plans; implementing developed solutions with an emphasis on their safe and tax-neutral execution; tax support for transactions; and support during tax audits related to reorganizations or transactions.
Your future role will involve: supervising and implementing projects, including leading project teams; direct cooperation with other PwC individuals and teams in Poland and abroad (especially legal and M&A teams); and participating in the business development of PwC Private Clients in Poland by actively establishing client relationships and acquiring new projects.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- You have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in tax advisory, in projects with a profile identical or similar to the issues handled by the Private Clients team.
- You possess knowledge in CIT, PIT (including international regulations), VAT, PCC, and the Tax Ordinance corresponding to your experience.
- You have a very good command of Polish and English (min. B2 level).
- You enjoy working with private clients (owners, management boards), solving problems, and creating added value for businesses.
- You can utilize theoretical knowledge and translate it into practical advice and proposed solutions.
- You are characterized by responsibility for assigned tasks, client orientation, commitment, communication skills, and analytical abilities.
- You have experience in team management and supporting the development of junior team members.
- You demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content preparation).
