Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- 10+ years of experience in technologies such as AI/ML, Blockchain, Web3, Quantum, Digital Assets, or advanced R&D environments—ideally within consulting, technology, or innovation‑driven industries.
- Strong understanding of the technology landscape and ability to connect complex technical capabilities to clear business value.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering or product teams developing prototypes, pilots, or POCs.
- Hands‑on familiarity with one or more emerging‑tech stacks (e.g., distributed ledgers, smart contracts, quantum algorithms, decentralized architectures).
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to executive audiences and drive alignment across technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and client engagement skills.
- Strong analytical approach to prioritizing opportunities, validating ideas, and defining investment needs.
- Fluent communication in English and Polish.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for pushing boundaries of how emerging technologies can change business.
