PwC Bermuda is looking for a Human Capital professional to join our team in a temporary cover role. As a Human Capital Senior Associate, you’ll keep essential people processes running accurately, consistently, and on time, while providing a responsive experience for employees, new joiners, and stakeholders. This is a broad, hands-on role that covers onboarding, immigration administration, Workday and employee data, payroll and benefits coordination, support across the employee lifecycle, professional membership administration, and employee engagement. The position will run from December 2026 – May 2027.
What You Will Do:
- Manage pre-arrival and onboarding activities for employees, contractors and interns, including communications, schedules, orientation logistics , relocation readiness and first-week follow-up.
- Coordinate Bermuda immigration and work permit administration, including document collection and validation, application preparation, advertising evidence, fee processing, tracking and record updates.
- Support employee lifecycle processes such as probation reviews, contract and position changes, employee letters, departures, references , and employment verifications.
- Maintain accurate employee information and lifecycle actions in Workday, and support HR reporting, data-quality reviews, and system follow-up.
- Support Human Capital finance administration, including invoices, fees, recharges, reimbursements, and related documentation.
- Coordinate professional membership administration and provide support for recruitment and student-related activities as required .
- Organise employee engagement activities, committee communications and people-experience initiatives, working with internal teams and external providers.
- Use Workday, Microsoft 365 and GenAI tools responsibly for records management, reporting, communications and workflow consistency.

- 3 years of practical experience in Human Capital, HR operations, employee lifecycle administration, onboarding, immigration, recruitment coordination in a comparable professional services environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Workday or a comparable HR information system, including employee data, lifecycle actions, reporting and workflow follow-up.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple hires, employee requests, permit applications, providers, and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and sound judgement when handling immigration submissions, employee data, payroll and benefits inputs, financial evidence and compliance records.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear employee guidance, concise stakeholder updates, and sensitive escalation.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 capability, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word and SharePoint.
- Confidence using Microsoft Copilot or other GenAI tools safely to support drafting, summarisation, reporting and process documentation.
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential personal, employee, immigration, compensation and benefits information.
Experience that would set you apart
- Bermuda immigration work permit administration experience, including permits, renewals, dependent applications and related advertising requirements.
