Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum Bachelor's preferably Master's degree from an HEC recognized institute / university.
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

- Managing overall service delivery, POS support operations, and inactive terminal culling to maintain optimal merchant network productivity.

- Assisting merchants with the resolution of complex transaction disputes, chargebacks, and daily financial reconciliation issues.
- Coordinating daily inventory updates with supervisors and collaborating across teams to reactivate dormant merchant accounts.
