Our Internal Business Application Centre (IBACentre) team will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by implementing applications that enable more efficient work and the provision of services at the highest level. Our team focuses on supporting core and global business applications, as well as ensuring their continuity, managing customer relationships, and incidents. We are looking for an
ERP Systems Support Specialist.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- You have T-SQL knowledge enabling the formulation of more complex queries (JOIN/APPLY/WITH) to the MS SQL Server database (DML) and at least one year of experience.
- You have experience in working with business application support.
- You have the ability to analyze and solve problems reported by users.
- You know and have experience in operating IT Support Management systems.
- You have experience working in an application support model (ticketing, SLA, escalations, documentation).
- You participate in system change tests (UAT, regression).
- You understand basic data flows between systems (import/export, integrations).
- You know the basics of MS Reporting Services and reporting tools.
- You know Microsoft Office tools — Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint — and SharePoint as a file repository.
- You have very good interpersonal skills, including communication and teamwork.
- You have basic knowledge of financial and purchasing processes (P2P / S2P).
- You demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content preparation).
- You know Polish and English spoken and written.
Mile widziane (Preferred):
- Knowledge of iPOS (Professional Advantage) or SunSystems (Infor) systems.
- Knowledge of T-SQL for creating and modifying objects (DDL).
- Ability to read and interpret T-SQL code prepared by others.
- Experience in using AI systems (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) in daily work.
- Knowledge of VBA programming.
- Experience in MS SQL Server 2022 administration.
General Conditions:
Your future role will involve:
- Administration of the SunSystems financial system and/or iPOS purchasing system in the CEE region.
- Providing ongoing application support (2nd line) for purchasing and financial-accounting systems.
- Handling user requests in the ticketing system in accordance with established SLAs.
- Analyzing and solving problems related to system operation and data processing.
- Data analysis in MS SQL Server databases and preparing T-SQL (DML) queries for support and diagnostics purposes.
- User support in P2P / S2P processes and cooperation with financial-accounting teams.
- Participation in system change tests (UAT, regression tests) and support for new functionality implementations.
- Creating and updating documentation (instructions, solution descriptions, knowledge base).
- Cooperation with IT teams and system providers in solving problems and improvements.
